How to use e-help?

Step 1

  • Create an Account here
  • Receive Confirmation Email (Check Junk Mail)
  • Activate Account
  • Account Created

Step 2

  • Create a Ticket
  • Fill details
  • Feedback Created

Step 3

  • Receive Feedback
  • User notified by Email or Check Ticket Status

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution reopen ticket by posting a reply on the same ticket

Dear UBD staff/student,

If you are sending a request, follow-up, complaint or inquiry on room maintenance issues such as air-conditioning, cleaning, labor requests, lighting faulty etc, kindly be advised to lodge a ticket directly to WE Helpdesk via the link https://wehelpdesk.ubd.edu.bn/ 

Hence, any eHelp tickets received regarding maintenance will be closed and users will be reminded to lodge WE Helpdesk ticket instead.
